After obtaining his Master of Engineering degree from the Graduate University of the Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2007, Yang Liang has focused his expertise on advancing next-generation storage technologies such as NAND, RAID, and QLC. Yang Liang has held critical roles in several leading technology firms, including Marvell Technology, Micron Technology, Huawei Technologies, and Vivo Communication Technology.

His major contributions include: Leadership in Technological Innovations: While at Marvell Technology, Yang Liang led the design and development of the second-generation high-performance storage array cards supporting RAID5/RAID6.
He also spearheaded the development of Marvell’s first-generation NAND storage controllers, establishing a strategic direction for the company’s future innovations in NAND technology. Development of Industry-First Products: During his time at Micron Technology, Yang Liang played a pivotal role in launching the industry's first QLC solid-state drive products.
